Rush estimating desk · bid-date driven

Your bid is due.
Your takeoff isn’t.

Send us the plans and we return a priced-ready takeoff in an Excel workbook organized by CSI division — quantities you can drop straight into your bid. Pick your tier, and we work to your bid deadline, not ours.

  • ✓24–48 hour rush turnaround on sprint tiers, confirmed in writing before we start.
  • ✓Bid-date guarantee: miss the deadline we confirmed and the rush fee comes off — the takeoff is free.
  • ✓Built by estimators at a working GC ($10M+ built last year, QSR and commercial) — quantities from real bid experience, not scraped cost data.
  • ✓50% deposit books your slot. No subscription, no seat fees, no per-market pricing.

Sprint pricing

Flat per project, set against published market rates for outsourced estimating — single-trade and residential sit inside the market bands, and the full-bid sprint is priced under the published commercial band with the rush already included, because your deadline is the product. Final quote is confirmed from your plan set before any work starts; scope changes re-quote before we proceed.

Test the Stripe checkout

Don’t take our word for the pricing — test the checkout yourself. Every tier button on this page opens a live, Stripe-hosted checkout in a new tab. Looking costs nothing: no charge happens until you enter a card and confirm on Stripe’s page, so open one, check it, and close the tab if you’re just testing.

Excel takeoff by CSI division in your inbox before the deadline — quantities, units, and notes ready to price. Balance due on delivery.

24–48 hours

Free sample — the rest is locked

An Excel workbook organized by CSI division — every line a quantity, a unit, and the sheet it came from. The first two divisions of the sample are open below so you can judge the format; the remaining divisions sit blurred, the way they do until a sprint unlocks the full workbook. Illustrative sample — your workbook is built from your plans only.

6 more divisions in this sample — locked

The paid workbook unlocks every in-scope division for your project: quantities, units, source sheets, waste factors shown (never buried), alternates broken out, plus the assumptions & exclusions tab. Delivered in 24–48 hours against your confirmed bid date.

Free bid leads — first pack on us

A takeoff only pays when there’s a bid to chase. So before you spend a dollar: tell us your trade and your service area below, and your first pack of matching bid leads is free — project, location, bid due date, and where the plans live, in the format shown here. No card, no subscription, no obligation to book a sprint.

Straight answers before you send plans

A rush takeoff is a narrow, deadline product. Here’s exactly where it fits — and where it doesn’t.

This sprint is for you if

  • A bid date inside two weeks is driving the work
  • You need quantities in Excel, organized by CSI division, ready to price
  • You’re a GC or sub who prices from takeoffs in-house today
  • One plan set, one deadline, clearly scoped trades

Not the right fit if

  • You need a stamped or certified estimate — we don’t stamp anything; only a licensed PE/RA can certify filings
  • There are no plans yet — a takeoff needs a plan set; ask about feasibility instead
  • You want us to submit the bid for you — we deliver quantities, you own the bid
  • The deadline is today — even a sprint needs its 24 hours

How payment actually works

Intake is free. We confirm scope and the flat fee in writing, then a 50% deposit invoice books your slot; the balance is due on delivery. Payment runs on All American Construction Group’s existing invoicing and payment rails — we never ask for card details on this page.

Why we say it out loud: on a brand-new payment account, a first payout can sit 7–14 days before it reaches the bank, and that delay can’t be waived. Booking through rails that are already payout-active is how a 24-hour offer stays a 24-hour business.

What the market charges

Outsourced estimating runs $150–$500 for a single trade, $400–$1,200 for a residential bid, and $1,000–$3,500 for a commercial bid; flat per-project pricing spans $150–$2,500+, and monthly estimating support runs $1,000–$5,000+. Our single-trade and residential sprint prices sit inside those bands; the full-bid sprint is priced below the published commercial band with rush included — the written deadline guarantee is the difference we’re selling.

Bid intelligence, for comparison, is a subscription game: ConstructConnect lists at $129/mo per market per seat (Starter) and from $199/mo per market per seat (Professional, annual). A sprint is the opposite shape — one project, one fee, done.

The guarantee, precisely

When we confirm your sprint in writing, we name a delivery time. If the workbook isn’t in your inbox by that time, the rush fee is removed and the takeoff itself is free. The guarantee covers the delivery time we confirmed — not a deadline we never agreed to, and not delays caused by a plan link we can’t open (we’ll flag access problems inside the first 2 business hours, while there’s still time to fix them).

Your plans stay yours

Plan sets are used for your takeoff only — never shared, never resold, never folded into anyone else’s numbers. Our workbooks are built from our own estimating experience on live bids; we don’t republish licensed cost-database content (RSMeans, Dodge, ConstructConnect data is licensed material, and it stays out of our deliverables).
